Using a travel agent with the warm personality and the deep, competent knowledge of the travel industry was very reassuring. My questions were answered in a timely and very professional manner. He was very patient with this newbie cruiser. Keith planned our pre cruise trip to Boston and then added on a 10th anniversary cruise on Holland America Line on the Zaandam from Boston to Montreal.
